Hello,
I’m Erich.
A business consultant, systemic coach and someone who enjoys learning. I work with people and businesses when something needs to change.
More than 30 years in IT, sales and management. An independent business consultant since 2009.
Business perspective.
A focus on people.
I know what it means to be responsible for a business, a team and sales. My consulting assignments have included interim management, sales, marketing, M&A and restructuring.
Mindfulness, appreciation and a focus on existing resources shape my work. I support change through individual conversations, team settings, workshops and facilitation.
Today, I connect that experience with artificial intelligence and digital applications. What can a new possibility actually improve in the business?
